Anisha Microfin Association (ANISHA) established in June 2004, is a not – for – profit organization. It is a micro finance company formed solely to provide financial and capacity building services to the rural and urban poor women living in poverty so as to enable them to use their skills and employ their resources in viable income generation activities. ANISHA evolved from PSA (People’s solidarity Association) a society established in the year 1980. Legal Limitations for society to raise financial resources from commercial sources and from funding agencies led to the genesis of this corporate transformation. ANISHA is registered as a private limited company, under section 25 of the Indian company’s act 1956, with the Registrar of companies, Government of India. |
