The 4Cs Foundation provides grants, education and other opportunities for community arts projects that inspire, empower, and connect children and their communities in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We believe that creating art together fosters the development of relationships, builds connections and strengthens communities. To fulfil our mandate, the 4Cs provides grants for community engaged arts projects. We also work to support, train, and connect people interested in community engaged arts. We embrace a role of community animator by participating in a variety of activities to stimulate and support the growth of community arts in the Halifax Regional Municipality. We provide training in community arts facilitation, a small resource library, and take part in many activities, meetings and groups related to community arts.
