We promote sustainable development and create social and economic context in the region which consolidates the protection of the region's nature reserves. The Forest Program of WWF-Russia is a part of a global international WWF program «Forests For Life». It is aimed at forest conservation and consists of the following blocks: forest protection, sustainable forest management and forest restoration. A lot of WWF-Russia projects include environmental education work. |
